Description

The program gives students the keys to operate in a part of the commercial process. Companies must make sure that the customer, nowadays more and more exigent, is satisfied. For this, the process must be successful from the basic offer (product or service) to the relationship with the final customers. The student will receive training to be able to operate in the entire commercial process (from the search for prospects to the final relationship with the customer via) the optimization of the product or service to be sold. The lessons received allow the implementation of strategies to develop the commercial offer, attract customers, motivate them to purchase the product/service and then build their loyalty. Furthermore, information technologies and communication in general play a very important role in obtaining new customers.
